Aero Plus makes the promise to try to ensure that all the information on this site is correct and accurate each time you visit, however there will be times when we are in the process of updating and the information may be slightly out of date. Returns & Exchange
At Aero Plus we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, if this means that you want to change your mind on your purchase we can either give you a store credit, exchange the product or if you prefer we can offer a refund, as we know you will be back to purchase with us again.
The only condition we have is that you return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase with the full packaging which is in a saleable condition, we will also request proof of purchase, this can be either a receipt, credit card statement or if you are a member, just your details will be enough (as we record sales of our members to assist them when shopping).
We will not refund postage on change of mind refunds, however if the item is faulty we will of course refund the full sale amount (including postage).
Please note that we cannot exchange or refund any items on Sale or purchased with a discount offer.

Please contact us immediately if you find our product to be faulty. We will work with you to immediately replace, repair or refund it for you. We want you to be satisfied with the service and will try to resolve any issues with you as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Aero Plus delivers with Australia Post to provide our customers with fast efficient service, however we are at the mercy of a third party for shipping.
All our orders are dispatched from Melbourne within 3 working days of receiving the order, via the internet or over the phone. If this is not possible you will be contacted by an Aero Plus team member.
Delays can also occur when:
- Your credit card was declined or your address requires verification due to insufficient information.
- Your order is to a non-metropolitan or remote area.
- If we are unable to contact you via email or phone to discuss any issues we may have with your order.
Aero Plus uses Regular Post when delivering anywhere within Australia which can take up to 5 working days for customers on the west coast but usually 1-3 days for customers shopping from the east coast.
Express deliveries can be arranged, (extra charge to be incurred) please contact our team to organise the details, firstname.lastname@example.org, usually express deliveries will be sent the same day and received the following (delays may occur with the time of the day the order is placed and if our partners Australia Post have any delays)
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally (excluding New Zealand) at this stage, we will update these details when the service is available.

- Standard national shipping is at $5 flat rate for all regular items *bulky items will incur a surcharge.
- Members will receive free standard shipping for all orders over $50.
- Express Shipping will be assessed and quoted on request
- International (New Zealand only) shipping will be assessed and quoted on request.

You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.
Aero Plus reserves the right to close accounts if you are seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts or disrupt any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple accounts for the purpose of disrupting the Aero Plus blogs you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
If you sign into any area of this Website or any other service that uses a single-sign on (e.g. Facebook Connect) on a public computer (e.g. at a university, public library etc.,) and do not sign out, someone else who uses that computer after you may be able to access your Aero Plus account(s). Terms of Sale
By placing an order for any goods on our Website you are offering to purchase the goods on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Aero Plus you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Aero Plus retains the right to refuse any order made by you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
The cost of goods and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Discount codes may from time to time be offered to members; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
